Difference in bonus and salary Hi! I saw that bonuses are withheld at a higher rate than your salary, but ultimately end of the year you get the same amount as if it was a raise. If someone is making 125k salary, and gets a 10k bonus, is their take home pay that year the same as if they were making 135k base salary?
