Am I missing anything by not buying more properties? A lot of friends and family are talking about their goals of buying more properties as rentals, and making it seem like it is the "next step" in finances. I don't believe I need to do this because I have a decently high salary that covers all my current bills. I do all the retirement savings and emergency fund stuff as well. I am low maintenance...
