Promotion much lower than expected, but I accepted it. Having some remorse. I have mixed feelings about this. For one, I've been doing the work of a more senior role for nearly two years. I had to fight hard to finally secure my promotion. I had an idea of the raise amount I was looking for based on job listings within the company, and that amounted to 20 percent. Not at the top of the range but at least in the middle. ...
