LPT: If you have any work done in your ceiling by contractors you should check that they have put back any insulation they might have moved around.
LPT: If you have any work done in your ceiling by contractors you should check that they have put back any insulation they might have moved around. If the insulation has been not been put back in place after you've had anyone working in the ceiling, like putting in airconditioning or ceiling lights, your insulation is ineffective. Found this out checking the ceiling a year after work was done.
