New to makeup! Can I sharpen this? Please I feel dumb! I got this lip liner and it feels pretty sturdy. Just making sure I can actually sharpen it because it doesn’t twist! I’m just confused bc it feels like plastic on the outside? Is it wood? Again I feel silly asking this but I’m so confused lol
